JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining, Engineering, or equivalent field
Required skills:
- Minimum 3-5 Years service in any cement plant/Quarry Area
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, dealing with ongoing problems and deadlines
- Implement all health and safety standards in the quarries area
- Implement a Long term mining plan and prepare a short-term mining plan for the quarry.
- Responsible for quarry operation work to achieve actual KPIs.
- Follow up on the crusher work and current chemical analysis and records.
- Organize the operators and machinery for quarry operation.
- Utilize mobile equipment in a cost-effective manner
- Follow the mining development work.
- Ensure the safety of own/contractor staff in their area
- Responsible for housekeeping in the area
- Responsible for complying with environmental laws and biodiversity rules
- Management of Quarry contractors in cost effective manner
- Prepare and ensure a safe circulation plan within the Quarry area
- Perform quarry survey measurements, stock-taking, and mapping work
