JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  Education Requirement:

  Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining, Engineering, or equivalent field

 

  Required skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 Years service in any cement plant/Quarry Area
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, dealing with ongoing problems and deadlines
  • Implement all health and safety standards in the quarries area
  • Implement a Long term mining plan and prepare a short-term mining plan for the quarry.
  • Responsible for quarry operation work to achieve actual KPIs.
  • Follow up on the crusher work and current chemical analysis and records.
  • Organize the operators and machinery for quarry operation.
  • Utilize mobile equipment in a cost-effective manner
  • Follow the mining development work.
  • Ensure the safety of own/contractor staff in their area
  • Responsible for housekeeping in the area
  • Responsible for complying with environmental laws and biodiversity rules
  • Management of Quarry contractors in cost effective manner
  • Prepare and ensure a safe circulation plan within the Quarry area
  • Perform quarry survey measurements, stock-taking, and mapping work
